Threatened

Officially 2 months never update my poor little blog...sorry guys... not because I'm lazy.... but I was really busy back then... and then lots of stuff happened which made me can't go online and blogging.... I already have 2 pending blog entries in my account = =" 1 is my PD trip with my family during CNY and another 1 is Valentines....

In this entry....Juz wanna sum up what happened recently, what am I going to do and some random thoughts of mine these days... and to "deco" my blog so it don't looks outdated too much lol XD

Summary of my life recently :

We juz finished 4 performances... another last performance in April... kinda happy since we receive more offer these semester but kinda tired as well....*phew*...

Looking at upcoming assignments and projects are killing me .... and it's not like I want to blame my lecturer...but why the heck give us such assignment only when it's end of week 5? ...other subjects having the same assignment already started since week 1.... haiz.... well, at least he cut off some parts and we don't need to do the full program... but collaboration between each and single group will be v crucial nw....

My phone's battery was spoiled = ="...cannot talk on phone for long else the battery die on the spot... damn afraid to recharge it every time coz I scare it will expose lol... already reminded myself to get a new battery but keep on forgotten...

Went for IBM test last 2 week... was waiting for their call till my neck grew like giraffe edi lol..... Most like I will able to work there if at least I pass the test....*start praying*... lol reli can't wait for the days to come...days working in IBM ...kinda nervous thou... finally they called me last week... but even thou I passed the test... my status is still not confirm yet...so basically... WAITING again lol...

But at the same time...problems came in...not just me, I believe there are students facing the same problems like me too... Our resume were sent out to other companies RANDOMLY by our beloved lecturers...some at least asked us before they submit but some...huh... without any question... and once they shortlisted us, we can't even ask to take us out from the list... and we CAN NOT reject the offers once any company want to take us no matter it's our preferred choice....

Yeah, decision rights are totally at their hands which I do not have a problem at all... the problem is they don't respect our decision and whenever we tried to talk to them nicely... what do we get? >>> Get farking scolded and screwed upside down, inside out by them... and said we are demanding and wasted their efforts looking for company for us... what ever... yeah I know sitting in the air-con room , clicking the mouse and making a few calls are very hard and tiring because can't go home early after work...

So again, I do not have any problem with the decision rights of the lecturers... the thing is... we can't contact the companies inside the lecturers' lists by ourselves.... and heck, they cover most of the good companies we can think of... so it's not like we don't know which company to choose from the beginning... we KNEW... just that we are forced to go under faculty placement instead of own placement... if we were found out contacting those companies under own placement >>>>> Say goodbye to your industrial training...no training for you !! HAHA....

Here is my humble suggestion : farking allow us to contact the companies by ourselves k?... for those who don't know how to take the initiative, is their own problems, don't blame us who worked so hard on everything and said it's unfair for them... fark that.... they can ask for helps from lecturers and THEN tell them lecturers have the total right to decide their status since they ask for it....

Besides...I think all of this happen coz last time there were students screwed things up... making the lecturers need to do all this to us.... something like a student was demanding, till he rejected all offers except for one that he was hoping to get...in the end, failed...and he then went back to the lecturer and beg for the companies that he rejected... which is rather pathetic to me if there's some one doing this right now...


Proofs? these are some of the words we heard from our lecturer...
-"You sure you want to reject this offer and wait for XXXX company? Are you going to ask me to short list you again if you failed?"
-Stop being demanding, as a student you shoudn't be demanding" "No, it's not ma'am...I want to...." "Yes you ARE"


and here's some shit which I personally received from a beloved lecturer:
"If you want to be demanding, I'll just put you in own placement instead,how about that?"
"...."
"So you want me to put in under own placement?"
"Ma'am, it seems like I don't have a choice isn't it ?"
"YES , you don't have a choice."
"...Alright. I will go for the interview." (pissed)
"Good. Let me say it again. You don't have the right to reject any interview or offer. If not, I will put in under own placement."
"Yes yes" (pissed)
"And one more thing. If I hear anything which I don't like to hear from that company, I will not allow you to continue your training next semester. IS.THAT. CLEAR? "
"......clear"(tried my best to control my tone)
(then she hang up the phone)

What kinda attitude is this? and she's threatening me didn't she?.... I'm not a coward, but I know what to do is the best, and there's a few of thing i need to take care of...so I didn't let my anger to overtake my mind that moment... things would had gone ugly if I don't... and most likely will bring chain reactions upon other students as well... so I ate all the shit and swallowed them all that day.... and I'm still pissed of right now whenever I think about it... Arggg... I told myself do not live with hatreds... but this one....I've never feel like slapping anyone this much before...

well... nothing I can do for now...just wanna enjoy my one week holidays before all the assignments start throwing in...and I'm sleepy now after bz for the whole day...

a short break...

back to my sweet, quiet, peaceful hometown...

looked at my blog... damn... it's totally outdated !! uh!!... what to do? I was so busy before and even after my bloody exam last 2 weeks ago, and even I finish my exams, I don't have the time to do my own stuff...I can't event play games or online or blogging for god's sake.... on top of that, I can't even sleep nicely T.T... simply bz man...to be honest... ever since my exam finished, now only I have the time to sit down and start harassing my keyboard (keyboard: wtf?? ) lol /XD


see... after my exam, I got some sort of "intensive training" for the following 2 days for my pipa... there will be a Chinese orchestra concert coming April, and my seniors encouraged us (new members/ students regardless which instrument are we learning...) to participate in the performance.... so I went...but the problem is, I don't see the point of putting so much effort already... I did at first... but not anymore... not until at least the pipa me and my friends ordered since 6 months ago reach our hands man!! Our teacher still can't get them from his friend, who he claimed that he already bought them and brought them over from Singapore... but heck... 6 months... we still empty handed... all of them even new students can just practice at home during holidays coz they have their own instruments... but only us who learn pipa...haha... for god's sake...we still need to borrow from the society... and we can't bring back to our hometown... coz those are the society's properties :| ...I understand that...but I totally lost the passion to join the coming orchestra man... not this year at least...

right after that "training"... next 2 days, I got society works to do... Chinese New Year Event on next semester... I'm the working committee... so need to help out to build some props stuff for the event... tightening the canes till my fingers turned red lol... anyway... still they are ppl enjoying there instead of doing works anyway... that's what I don't like... but glad to made some new friends during these 2 days coz I didn't went for the camp for all the working committees... so I don't even really know all my colleges in this event = ="...

so, I had my exams on Thursday and Friday... orchestra practices on Saturday and Sunday... event preparations on Monday and Tuesday....... I was totally worn out ... and for some personal reasons... I need to stay in Malacca till Thursday only can go back my home town... so basically I already finished 1st week of my holiday by that time.... minus off another few days to do the cleaning thingy and shopping... and of cos few days of CNY with my cousins... I only have like...I dunno... ONE WEEK of holiday this time actually /omg...

I need more rest also... /floor

P/S : I know I didn't update my blog for the pass 2 weeks... but I have reason /please... I couldn't help it... too many things happened which stopped me from blogging... but at least I'm back now right? /XD

Not So Merry Christmas

This year's Christmas is kinda different... for me...

Call me a kampung boy, coz first time celebrating in KL... Going out and count down with lots of people ( last year I did that during New Year Eve, not Christmas by the way...)

Had fun with my bb and friends... took lots of photos...Thx Sam for guiding us around, thx Ling and her bf for helping us booked the rooms... Thx the strangers who I sprayed at and also those who sprayed at me lol...Thx my Myvi of cos...This whole thnig won't be happening without you my dear... muacks... Really enjoyed indeed...

But... This year's Christmas is kinda different... not just for me.. for my family as well...

I already had bad feelings when I received the first call... but who knew it really happened...

After the second call... I lost my mood... Even thought friends sms me wishing me Merry X'mas... I really don't have the mood...but since I promised her to enjoy with her that night... I have to bear with it... I don't want her to lost her mood as well because of my matters...

Next afternoon, rushed back to Malacca, packed my stuff, then only rushed back to Klawang again...from North to South then back to North again... damn tired...

Saw my family and cousins...have a look on him, told him that I came back...

Everything seems happened too fast.... I can't describe my feelings....

Well... I need to sleep now... cause taking turns.... I'm one of them who's doing the night shift...

Btw....One thing I can confirm is.....







Will miss you always... Grandpa...RIP....

Christmas mode

Christmas's coming in a few days later... But still haven't buy presents for my friends :|... wait wait, don't get me wrong... If you do not receive any present from me doesn't mean that you're not my friend k? C'mon... you can't expect me to buy presents for each and all of my friends can you? I'm not that rich :(... heck, I can't even buy present for myself :(

Like most of us did when Christmas is around...Feel like posting Christmas present wish list in this entry ... Heys I know it's kinda syok sendiri (enjoying myself) coz I don't expect my friends to get me these items... but more like items that I want to buy myself with my own savings lol....but it's my first time writing a wish list so just let me be lol Besides, it's not like I'm hoping my friends to buy those stuff for me... And it's kinda late already don't ya think?

I can't find HG version of this :(( ...MG is too much for my budget for now... I also searched for forums looking for someone who's selling second hand... and I MISSED it... at jbtalk.cc... by the time I saw the post, Wing Zero already sold off... the rest da guy left are not the Gundams I like... Still looking for it and want to have this in my collection... anyone???

This dam thing costs 8000USD O.O.... Ivory and Violet Sandalwood, what do you expect? ...According to eason.com.sg... this limited edition claimed to be the finest pipa for now, made by a famous master and there are only 4 in this world... dang....It's gonna feel great by holding one of these in your hand don't you think? by the way, Ivory is not the reason at all for me to buy this thing... and I know most countries banned Ivory products... I like this pipa coz it's made of Violet(Red) Sandalwood, which is known as one of the best material for making furnitures and instruments like pipa... Why am I even hoping for this thing? As a beginner, holding it will only degrade it man lol... should get those match with my level and also in my budget lol ... Actually I'm going to get 1 sooner or later... but it's RM500 instead of the 8000USD above lol... I waited for half year already but the pipa me and my friends ordered still haven't come = =...

Razor Tarantula

Ya I need another keyboard badly... not because my current 1 sucks...my motherboard I just changed last sem don't have a bloody ps2 port , and my keyboard is not using USB... so all this time I was depending on a stupid convertor... which gave me some stupid performance... such as when I was holding multiple keys at the same time and released any one of the keys, the rest will "release" as well even I was still holding the keys... And this thing is very very very annoying for me as a gamer... Conclusion, I need a keyboard with USB... So if I'm going to get a new 1... why don't get a better 1? XD... Razor is my 1st choice of cos... I don't want Lycosa coz Kei Fai (my roommate) got it already lol...

I love jogging... and I have 2 pairs of sport shoes, one for basketball, one for jog... But I wanted a Lunaracer+ since the product was out... I know it's been a while since this product was introduced... But what to do? That time I don't have money to buy la... No idea what's da price now in Malaysia... hopefully dropped lol...


I guess that's all for this time... I was dam bz this 2 weeks and I actually left out 2 posts = =.... exam >> performance >> assignment >> exam >> assignment again... haiz....

Gaming experiece and opinions...

Well at 1st I was just leaving a post on a discussion board on facebook... But as I start typing, I wrote more and and more... So I decided to put it inside my blog instead...

I like playing games... Especially action, 1st person shooting, RPG ,sports or any combination of these... But I do play(played) other genres of game :

I still play DotA, but not really addicted to it...
Strategy games like Red Alert 3 or Kane's Wrath (with friends in my unit)... hope can get StarCraft 2 from my friends soon...
Used to play CS with friends at cyber cafe, but not anymore since I came over Malacca...

Other shooting games : Quake 3, Halo 2, Half Life, Black...
Driving games :Street Racing Syndicate, NFS Most Wanted(ya, I didn't play Pro Street or Undercover), Burnout Revenge ( simply like crashing other cars lol)
Simulation games : The Sims, Sim City 3000/4000, Spore....
Horror games : Silent Hill, Alone In the Dark (PS1)...
Sport games : NBA Street V3, Def Jam Fight, WWE 07-08, Winning Eleven 08'...

Note that some of the games I mentioned are really old... Cause I can play over and over again until I really get bored over it lol...

Among all the games, I'm a BIG fan of Kingdom Hearts, God of War, Final Fantasy (VII & VIII in particular), Devil May Cry... and currently crazy over Dead Space...Damn scary...Even thou I was not a big fan of horror game, but this game is really bloody nice... Playing this game at night + alone + light off + putting on headset... Enough said lol... but after getting used to it... I'm kinda immune to the sudden appearance of monsters during the game play... yet the setting and environment still scared the shit out of me... Like voice of some1's giggling/moaning while your walking in the dark,or the celling/windows suddenly explode right at your face, or a sudden lights off when your wallking in a corridor...

Anyway, in this entry, I just want to voice out my opinions towards gaming... 1st of all, shooting games... Dear game developers... shooting games are, and ONLY, meant for PC , trust me... no other console are better and easier to aim with then using mouse...I don't know about Wii since I don't know much about it... But as far as I experienced... aiming using PS2 or xbox joystick are just stupid... And some games even have auto aim... Wth?? What's the fun of playing shooting game if it's auto aim?? For anyone who likes the auto aim thing and actually enjoying it... Go aim yourself at the head....I don't care if any of you guys out there is pro in shooting game using joystick... It's stupid... Not you, but the controls... Support PC for shooting games yo!!!

Most of the the games I like, like KH & GoW... They are going to change from PS2 to PS3 for their next game... or change to other console like Nintendo or even cellphones.... What the heck is happening??? Why must they force us to buy new console ?? If it's just the graphic that improved...Then I rather keep the game in the same platform so I can still play the game without buying new console... It's not like I don't appreciate better graphic or new environment like playing with Wii... I do... I like games with high resolutions and graphics, but for god's sake, create new original game or at least with new story/characters will ya?? like Final Fantasy...changing platforms is acceptable since the stories are independent for each version.. I really hates it when they have some nice game in PS2, the story was no ending when you finish the game, and you need to continue the story in PS3 or other console...WTF????

What worse is...some nice games only available in PSP ...what the heck?...now they put visual satisfaction aside, go for portability... Is ability to play games EVERYWHERE that much of a selling point? I still don't understand why ppl like PSP, really... playing a high graphics performance game with a screen of a size of your palm is not cool at all... bringing it along to class and play games during the lecture is not cool as well... You can play during your meal, when your in a bus or what so ever... Just go away from me if your in my class k? ... Nope, I'm not saying this because I don't have a PSP, heck, I can just buy it whenever I want to...I just don't like PSP, k?...

Getting sore throat while losing my voice...

Went for crypto tutorial class this morning... quite shock when I saw Dr Heng was inside the class instead of Mr Lim... coz I thought Mr Lim is suppose to in charge our tutorial section... To be honest, Dr Heng is more strict when comes to quiz , and that's what I worried... Coz I was not feeling well since last night, so didn't studied much for the quiz... And I studied for the wrong chapter after found out which chapter came out = ="...But luckily the quiz was quite easy...*phew*...

I fetched K5, Jo and Ivy, went searching for the Immigration Office... took us almost 1 hour time, ended up still couldn't find it... Because all the directions we acquired from all the people along the way were not accurate and precise enough... Until we called Jo's aunt, then only found out the Office moved into a building called Seri Negeri Melaka...which we were actually passed by for few times in our search of this bloody office... We decided to go again next time since it should be closed by the time we reach there...

Highlight of today : Joined my BB and her classmates to celebrate her friend's Birthday...
Venue : Dream Box Karaoke@ Carrefour...
Time : 8pm - 1am...

First time going out with her friends with that numbers of ppl...20 over ppl... only knew few of them before this...but overall , it was fun hanging out with them tonight... sang till I lose my voice... uh... well...it was expected each time go for karaoke...Already sore throat, now I made it worse lol... padan muka...

Talking bout Dream Box... It's consider a new k-box around... My comment? hmm.... Service good la... Songs available...well...not really up to date... the food for the buffet are nice thou, even the choices are not really much... Price... I think Go Go Ktv is cheaper... I don't know about the small rooms, but the large room is nice for me...

Can't sleep .... Don't why...

Everyone in my house slept already... Same goes to my friends on msn... I don't think there is anyone else I know is awake by now...

Something is wrong with me... But I don't know what is it... A lots of stuff in my mind now... And a lots of work are waiting for me to finish... But I just can't concentrate all these while...

Still haven't study for Japanese, nor prepared for JLPT, which is coming on 6 Dec ><... I know Jo and Ivy will start teasing me said I no need to study 1... Heck, I only get A- for MMU's Jap paper last semester... I better start burning my oil to study Jap.... I don't want to failed the paper ><...

Performance.... on 13th Dec... Haven't start full practice yet... heck, not even settle the full performance moves/beats yet... *Headache*.... Running out time, and at the same time we have problem finding the venue and time to practice....Ya I know we are noisy group of people... Complains from here and there all the time... Used of it, yet sick of it...

Industrial training is another thing.... Why the heck I can't get the offer letter again? Miss V? ... And heck, I even got scolded just because I asked for the offer letter earlier... What's wrong with asking it earlier????? If I failed to get the company I'm looking for because of you, or one day you scold me for asking it late,I swear I will complain this shit to the Dean so he can screw you up for me... Dammit! Arg!

8am class later and I'm still here.... haiz... sienz... Wanted to print notes , but ink finished = =" ... Screw it... Now have to pay more attention to Dr Heng while in the Cryptography class... Already missed 2 hours last week... Need to catch up quickly...
